Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If ProfileRankers Pro is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first Pro payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to have stopped using it first.

How to request a refund

Email profilerankers@gmail.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt you were sent when you were charged. Tell us you would like a refund — that is all we need.

We aim to respond within two business days. Once a refund is approved it is returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.

Who processes your payment and refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com Market Ltd handles the payment, billing enquiries, applicable taxes, and issues the refund itself. You can contact us directly at profilerankers@gmail.com and we will arrange it with them on your behalf.

Cancelling, and what happens to your access

• You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
• Cancelling stops future charges. It is not the same as a refund — your Pro features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan.
• Nothing is deleted when you cancel or downgrade. Your past scans and proposals remain readable on the Free plan.

Renewals after the first 30 days

Pro is $14.99 per month, billed monthly, with no annual contract. We do not refund a renewal automatically once the 30-day guarantee has passed — but if you were charged for a month you did not intend to use, or something went wrong on our side, email us. We would rather sort it out than have you dispute the charge.

The Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and never converts to a paid plan on its own. You are only ever charged if you explicitly upgrade to Pro.
