Using ProfilePro

ProfilePro is a tool that analyses your freelance profile and helps you draft proposals. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

No guaranteed outcomes

ProfilePro helps you present your experience more clearly and respond to briefs faster. It does not guarantee search ranking, profile visibility, client replies, interviews, or hires. No third-party tool controls a freelance marketplace’s search algorithm or a client’s hiring decision, and we make no such promise. Any figures shown in the product are estimates to help you prioritise, not predictions.

Your responsibility for what you submit

Everything ProfilePro produces is a draft for you to review. You choose whether to use it, you may edit it first, and you paste it yourself — the tool never submits anything on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any claim in a profile or proposal you send, and for complying with the terms of the marketplace you use it on.

Relationship to freelance marketplaces

ProfilePro is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Upwork or any other freelance marketplace. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Plans, billing and limits

  • The Free plan includes 1 profile scan and 3 proposals per calendar month.
  • Pro costs $14.99 per month and includes 20 scans and 100 proposals per calendar month.
  • Counters reset on the first of each calendar month and do not roll over.
  • You may cancel at any time; Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not use ProfilePro to generate false claims about your experience, to impersonate anyone, to spam clients, or to build a competing dataset by scraping the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but it depends on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be unavailable or return imperfect output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
